Difference between pk and moneyline

I thought they were the same thing, but tonight pinnacle has
Houston Rockets pk -108 ml -105
Memphis Grizzlies pk -102 ml -105

they are the same thing...

this probably happens on occassion when a book is moving there ML and spread independently but not checking them against each other.

I think that usually when it is pk that they don't even offer the moneyline...

However, if you can get a better deal when they offer both, go for it.
